Welcome.
YOURS TRULY

I'm Joel Mo Jiaming. Born in 1986, 22nd July. Speaking about birthdays when I say 'it's alright' or 'anything's fine', don't take my word for it. What I really meant was 'get me ANYTHING nice and expensive, it's FINE if you get broke, I don't really care. Hah. Kidding duh.
Occupation? Defending Singapore from the scum of the universe. I rule the battlefield with my trusty telephone! NO COMMS NO WAR! RAHH
I believe in JESUS, the one true saviour. No witty comment needed here, cuz just mentioning his name is already oh so cool.
BADASS SHOWOFF
I don't really have anything to showcase now. But don't worry this part HERE is still under construction. I promise i'll work hard and earn myself the right to wear Mabel's cool shirt. (:

Whoopie!! I just applied for a job! Very interesting one indeed! =)
Here's the advert I guess? Haha...

"Hello! Spreading this to you all on behalf of Japanese Studies Society (JSS) of NUS...

We are collaborating with JTB (Japan Tourism Board) to provide helpers to act as tour-guide for visiting high school students from Japan, coming to Singapore for their school excursion. Since they usually come in hundreds, the day part JTB hire us to handle then after that they take over for night activities lah
Usually we only open this strictly to NUS students, but due to manpower issues, we dun mind interested outsiders.

So usually it's half-day affair, usually between 8am - 2pm, on weekdays. You will be paid a token fee between $60-$80 depending. After that you will be dismissed and can go home. As a guide, you will be handling a group of students alone. Group size varies depending how many students the school have and how many helpers turn up. Usually group size about 6-12 person. You don't need to be very very good in Japanese language, we accept if you have basic japanese speech skills. Just take note that these students come from ulu-ulu schools who don't really take english lessons seriously, neh?

Your basic job is to accompany the students to bring them to heritage areas planned by their teachers; eg Chinatown, Little India, etc. So you need to bring them there, look around. History knowledge not necessary, but a plus if you know. You don't have to stick to the itinery all the time...you can discuss with your group and see what they wish to do too. Just make sure you don't let anyone go missing! Teach them also how to take public transport like buses and MRT. And also food! Students will spend with their own money, you don't need to pay for them, but as guides you have to help them ask for price and such....

It could be a fun experience for people learning Japanese now, as you interact with real japanese teens. If you find that language can be a problem, is confirm will have one, but you can always fall back on gesture or writing/drawing. Most important is be cheerful, have fun, make friends if possible!"

Cool huh?! I hope I get the job... Haha.
