Hello!! Just came back from church, super tired. For the past one week I've been getting about only like an average of 4 hours of sleep a day! Mostly just doing rehersals for the drama production and worship practice, but thank God that every single nite there'll always be someone to drive me home.
So I would like to take this time to thank the people who drove me home this past week. Alvin, Grace and Zec thank you all!! =)
Today's drama production was alright I guess? I dunno leh... I think everyone was great except for me, I screwed up on the lightings. Sorry everyone!! I let everyone down, especially Grace. Sorry!! >.<
But overall I guess it's good, the turnout was quite alright, with quite alot of newcomers in our midst. I counted about 13? Not too sure. I sure hope they will come again! =)

Today's quite a nicely packed day. Went to work at Auntie Karen's place with Matthew, really like to thank her for allowing me to work for her even on such short notice and 2 weeks only. =)
Then, went to the airport with Matthew and Julian, took a cab there coz we thought we were gonna be late but turns out that we were quite early. Waited for quite a while then the Myanmmar mission-trippers were finally back! Wah... So many people went to the airport to recieve them sia, last time I went Myanmmar no one came to see me when I came back lo. So sad... Haha. =P
Then I was hit by a sudden pang of melancholiness, if there's such a word haha... At that time I really wished I could've joined them in Myanmmar, I felt that I really missed so much! Then I started thinking that I should've fail my exams just to go Myanmmar, so silly right? Haha... Well, there's always next year! I'll pray really hard that nothing will crop up and I'll be able to go 1 month to Myanmmar!!
Went to Sheela n Xavier's chalet after that, played around for a while before heading back home. I'll be there for the BBQ tomolo! Haha... Sorry la, tomolo need to go work la. =)

Hello! I just came back from Sentosa. Fun stuff! =)
Actually I didn't want to go, but changed my mind at the last minute. So I quickly ate my lunch got ready and left the house. Met Mabel and Shawn and Nic, James, Joshua and Shawn from isow, then we went in!
Most of us didn't wanted to get wet, I didn't bring extra clothes, I forgot to bring la. Wah lau... Haha... So just build sand castles then played ultimate frisbee and touch rugby. Shawn lost his frisbee coz Jul n me buried it under the sand and we forgot where it was. Haha... Sorry Shawn!
I think I have the subconscious mind of a monkey, coz when I saw the coconut tree I wanted to climb it. I managed to do so, but I couldn't swing myself around it (very hard to explain la, haha... but those there should get what I'm saying) so I got myself injured yet again! I think I've a curse with Sentosa, whenever I go there I always kena injured. Haha...
Ate dinner at Burger King, then everyone was acting super gay la. So I just joined in lo... But I'm not gay k? Hahaha... After that went to see the Musical Fountain!! Haha... So FUN!! I was like so mesmerised by it, when someone tapped my shoulder I ignored it. Then she tapped harder, I turned around and said quite loud, "WHAT?!" Then Shawn was looking very shocked and said "not me la!" Haha... Ethel la, trying to trick me... Wah lau... But the musical fountain is super nice, especially the finale! Wah... The fireworks is literally FIREworks lo... NICE! =)

Yesterday? Studied in school for a while, yea, coz this coming week is my term test. Then went to Zec's cell. Last lesson of alpha! Discussed abt the christmas party to be held at Li Wen's grandma's house! Which is behind Paragon in Orchard!!! That's like so whoa... Hahaha...
Today? Had church, played the drums. Then exciting word by Uncle Paul about not conforming to the world. Then had worship practice playing the drums again. Sounds like business as usual? IT'S NEVER BUSINESS AS USUAL IN THE HOUSE OF THE LORD!!!!! AMEN!!!!!!!! Wahahaha... We can never afford to be lukewarm christians, or else Jesus would just spit us out of his mouth!! ((Revelation 3:16))
Well... After that went to PS with Alvin and Marcus, and played MAXIMUM TUNE!! Hahaha... I upgraded my rank to 'Racer under training'! I await the day when I can become a full-fledged racer, race Alvin and beat him! =)
And I created a wishlist on the right there, please go and read them okie? 'Why do you bother to write one?' you ask. Well, you'll never know right? Yes... This is the table for the supposed "Group of Death", and where is Liverpool? Of course perched up there at the top, already qualified for the next stage.
Tonight is the epic battle of Chelsea vs Liverpool, who will prevail?! I sure hope it's Liverpool, but the odds are stacked against us. Firstly, it's an away game. Secondly, Real Betis might topple Chelsea for 2nd place, if Chelsea loses and Real Betis managed to score at least 5 goals against Anderlecht.
Okie... Maybe my 2nd point wasn't a good one. Hahaha... But I really hope Liverpool will win. It's a matter of pride and honor!! Come on Liverpool!! You'll never walk alone!! =)

I was reading my archives, and I stumbled upon my Aug and Sept posts. I was reminded of how God had helped me pull through my last semester, allowing me to take my exams was such a miracle that at that point of time God was sooooooooo real to me.
Now, I'm back to struggling. Struggling with myself, fighting the "PonTanging" dog in me. As Brother Kenny had preached during the youth camp, the dog that we are feeding is winning the battle. The devil has some pretty sly ways to lure me to pontang school, such as using the Youth Camp and fellowshipping with fellow christians or sending the Myanmar people off as bait. But! I have to remember, what God has done for me!

Even tho school is boring and "I find no pleasure in it", I still have to go! Coz of what the Lord, in his abundant grace, has done for me. He didn't die on the cross for me to see me become a sluggard. He didn't allow me to take my exams to see me fail in the next semester.
That was quite a long introduction, I was just planning to write something short before I write about what happened today. Hahaha.
Well! I'm proud to say that today the Christian dog in me has won again! I seriously had this strong urge to pontang, but I didn't. Yay! And yesterday too, I really wanted to pontang to see Matt they all off at the airport. But good thing I didn't coz I didn't know later that day I had a test! Haha... =)
Anyway, about reading my archives. I realised I've been dissapointing Auntie Mary, coz I promised her that I'll be going to Myanmar but I didn't go in the end. Well, I've holidays in March. I really really hope there'll be a mission trip to anywhere! Coz I wanna go spread the wonderful Good News to the people around the world!! Woohoo~!
And I finally have a goal. After I finish my Diploma and Army, I wanna join OM! Be a deck officer onboard one of their ships and go round the world preaching the Good News!! Yeahhhhhhhhh~~! =)

I was like o.O whoa... Even Uncle Sunny reads my blog! My fanbase has increased by 1! Next I will aim for world domination!! Muawahahaha!!

Today was playing for MSW (Acronym for Main Service Worship), played very badly la. Even Nic was like, "Wah, Joel how come? Not on form?" Haha... Haiz... Dunno la, I just can't get used to the MSW I guess. Maybe I need more time, take me off the scehdule! Opps. Better not say anything, or else next Sunday Auntie Agnus might go, "Hey Joel, you know I've been reading your blog....." Hahaha... Aiya, I was just joking only la! =P
After that was Youth Service, interesting word. Anyway did I said before? I have postponed my "copy the Bible" mission until 1/2 a year later. I figured it would be much better if I actually read it once thru first. So I'll read thru the Bible first, then go copy it down after that. And I've bought a nice notebook to copy down notes for sermons! Haha... I must act on all the promptings God has given me!

She very good seh... I think she's like some sort of drums tiancai. Now even Julian also scared, dun dare to teach her anymore liao abo she'll surpass all of us! Oh noes!! Haha... jk la. =)
The practice ended like at 5pm++ so we decided not to go to Sam Goh's east coast thing, coz by the time we reach there must go home liao. Haha... Sorry la, we go watch movie on Wed k? I'll ask all the Serangoon Cell youths to go, Uncle Francis u reading this? Haha...
Guess what we did after the practice? The standard lor. Go PS, play 30 minutes of Para Para. Then go home. How boring. Haha... Reached home and realised my Final Year Project file in my computer was missing, maybe my mom accidentally deleted it. Dun care la, so I just chiong to redo my project report.
And Sam Leo of all times had to wait until I finished redoing, to tell me I could've restored my file if I am using WinXP. And yes. I'm using WinXP. Sianz... Haha...

I just wanna say I have a huge blister in my right index finger from playing the bass the wrong way too long. So now I'm typing with just one hand, left hand somemore! My weaker hand, hahaha. And I'm also super tired, so my words might be a bit inconherent, so bare with me or just leave. Haha... =P
Today went to church at 10... Saw these 2 crazy indian kids, they kept messing around with us. Haha... Ended up I had to chase 1 out and carry the other one out of the church and lock ourselves in the room. Haha...
Anyway Mabel also came to practice her drums, now Jul and me are her shifu! We have a target to meet!! Yeahhh~! Hahaha... Ok... We practiced all the funky and cool songs, really nice.
Then went to Marina Square to meet 'everyone', ate dinner and then went to the arcade! Nowadays we always go to the arcade one, and we always play percussion master, and Mabel will always play 'Ai Ni'!! Haha... It's becoming so standard until it's boring. So we decided to play some para para!! Yeahhhh~!

Hello everyone! The dumb dumb Mabel wrote her very long post and then deleted it, so she wants me to write abt wad happened yesterday, dumb rite? Wahaha... Okok... Sorry la! =)
Yesterday ah, went to school. Then after that go and meet Mabel, Tim, Matt, Serene and Jul at Plaza Sing. Went to play the arcade! Mabel is super pro at Precussion Master man, she got S rank leh! Perfect! But that's coz she played 'Ai Ni' like 1000000000000000 times already, (although she say she only play 6 times. Haha) keep playing that song one. Haha... Then Matt and me played the Guitar Freak, I think I got talent at that game man... Haha... I was not bad for a first timer. (Must be humble, must be humble.)
After that we went to watch Zathura. NEVER EVER WATCH ZATHURA!! It's a lame show, super boring. Jul, Serene and me almost fell asleep la! The show totally sucked, especially the lame astronaut! All his one-liners all monotone one and not funny at all! I give this show 1 out of 100000000000000000000000000. Haha... It's that lousy.
After that went to eat lunch and played some more arcade, then Matt left us and Marcus joined us. Went to Jul's house to jam.
Mabel was practicing the drums and she learned how to play 'Running After You'! So pro rite? Haha... And she wanna be the first female drummer in our youth! I think it's very possible lor, you ask Julian! She's good man... Haha... She also learnt some other beats as well, if this goes on I bet she'll one day be even better than me! Wahahaha...
After we jammed, then I played abit of DOTA then we went home. So tired man... Haha.
Oh ya, one thing I forgot to say. But before I say it, I just wanna say I'm not being haolian or wad ok? I'm just quoting what Mabel said! She said this! "I think you deserve the title 'tiancai' lor. You really r tiancai." Hahahaha!! Okie... Must be humble, must be humble. I shall not comment about that qoute anymore. =)
YES! One more thing!! She also wants me to make a wishlist so that people can figure out wad presents to buy me for christmas! So ehre goes my wishlist!
