Finally some rest. Haven't slept the whole day from thurs/fri.
Then took my paper on friday, not bad. Expecting to pass. (:
Then went to cell. Super tired liao, but I think i hid it quite well. Looking tired that is. Haha.

Then sat we had the RC performance thingy! I dunno la. I think the general concensus was that it wasn't really that good.

Many factors. Soundman not doing his job, he sucks. Drums were horribly tuned and can't be heard. Glitches here and there, I dunno wad problems the other musicians faced.

And my belief is that my drums are not really as good as some people think it is. I personally think I am not good technically, that's why I can't be creative. My slow hand movements restrict me from doing different, more funky patterns. Some beats I just simply can't catch coz the tempo's too fast and beat too complicated. I've many more problems, but I'm too tired to think of anymore right now. Haha.

So the bottomline is that I'm not strong in my fundamentals. I gotta go do something about it man. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT?! Someone help. Zec? Anyone.

But YA cell outing was fun! Had dinner at far east Hans. Funny la. Everyone was crapping. Sam wong and his imaginary friend 'Gibson'! Lionel and his ummm... Cannot say la. (:

Foreword.
I've changed the time and date of the blogpost to coincide with my blog's 1st anniversary. Why? Coz I've totally forgotten about it that's why. Hah. If you are really curious what is the real time and date. It would be 2pm 22nd Feb.

HAPPY 1ST BLOG ANNIVERSARY~!

My first exam paper ended on monday, 6.40pm. It went well, as expected. My friend was so confident that he'll score, he went around tell people "You know what kind of face I have? This is 84 marks face." beaming away. Haha.

It's the easiest paper of the lot, so what did you expect? Everyone's expecting to score. Lets see who gets distinction eh? Heh. I've top 3% face. Wahaha... Just joking la. (:

So as per normal, there would be the post-exams discussion. Standard operation procedure. Each of us have some sort of role in this discussion.

Someone would be the poser. He would go around saying the exam is easy pie. No kick. And blabers about throwing his textbook and burning it. While everyone knows how much he has actually perspired while doing the paper. Haha.

Another would be the SMT (Short term memory) guy. He would be one of the more clever ones, but he wouldn't entertain any post-exam discussion giving the excuse that he has forgotten everything he has done and forgetting every single formula in the textbook.

And undoubtly there will always be the kiasu kid. Asking every single person about every single question in the paper. And if their answers differ, he would always yell away and curse himself for answering the question wrongly. We avoid him at all cost.

The rest? They would discuss about the paper. If they have an answer that is different, they would go "Aiya the paper over already don't talk about it liao la!", followed by 5 minutes of slience, then continued with more discussion on the paper. Rinse and repeat.

Yes, it is hilarious seeing my classmates go around doing their talking and comparing of answers. What about me you ask? Oh... I would be the one whom everyone sets their standard on. If they can't find a common answer, they would go to me. Whatever answer I have would be the correct one. Wahaha!! Joking la... Joking! =P

Now I have to start studying on my next paper which is on friday. But why ain't I studying now?

I was studying, sitting on my chair, looking at my books. Then I decided to shift my studying corner to my bed. What a great idea right? Not only is it a comfortable place to study, it is also relatively far away from my com thus pulling me away from temptation.

I fell asleep.

Yup. A great 2 and a half hour POWER nap. Haha.. A power nap indeed. Hahaha.. Now I'm feeling the after-effects of the nap, and I don't feel like studying anymore. I'll wait till I feel like studying then I'll study. That would be when I'll be at my optimum level, where my concentration would be at it's peak and my absorbing powers maxed out.

I predict this exact moment to be on 24rd February, 3am. Just 6 hours before my paper. Whoa. The adrenaline rush of last minute mugging!! The desperation!! The intensity!! Gotta love it.

On second thought. I better go study now. Haha. (:

A few things that made me happy this valentine weekend.

- Liverpool beat Wigan 0-1. Yes. But nothing to be really excited about, since it was expected anyway.

- Chelsea lost to Middlesbrough!! This is simply satisfying. Especially after all that SMSes I got from Joshua after Liverpool lost to Chelsea. I'm not so bad lo, see even tho Chelsea lost to Middlesbrough, with such a humiliating scoreline somemore, I also never SMS and suan u right? I'm very nice one lo. (:

- Nice practice and jamming yesterday, played for about 5 hours plus? But still fun nontheless. 'Not ashamed' is quite a hard song to play sia. Haha.

- I learnt how to play Phase 10 yesterday at yi sze's place. And I was joint 2nd place with zec, at phase 9. Lionel was first at phase 10, and he's a fellow first-timer too! Wahaha. We r geniuses man! And I think we all have never laughed so hard while playing phase 10 before. REVERSE PHYCOLOGY!! AHAHAHA!

- And most importantly of all!!! Our Valentine's Day Sale managed to raise S$787.00 for the church building fund!! Wow... Praise the Lord man. I think this is like 5 loafs and 2 fishes. Haha. I don't think we even made that much flowers and cookies to collect that much, the Lord multiplied man!! All proceeds are going to Project Grace! So I hope our cell group will have like our own room or something... Wahaha!! A room named after me wouldn't be such a shabby idea too. =P
